The Chrysalis Process

The CHRYSALIS PROCESS occurs when a caterpillar secures its self in to a protective cocoon through which it grows into a confident butterfly. While in the cocoon, the caterpillar transforms by shedding its less than attractive appearance to reveal its internal beauty. This process is figuratively similar for a human. By building one's awareness to unwanted personality and living traits, an individual can cultivate change, revealing one's internal beauty.
